Do you offer telehealth?

Yes, my practice is only telehealth. I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual sessions to clients located anywhere in Hawaiʻi or Washington. Research indicates therapy done in-person or online are equally effective.

Do you take insurance?

I am currently an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement, depending on your plan. Fees for services will be discussed during your complimentary consultation call.
